3. Photos and Face Data

• Photos We Collect: EZWeight allows users to voluntarily upload profile pictures, before-and-after transformation photos, meal photos, and documents using the device's photo picker or camera. These images may contain a user's face.
• Face Data: EZWeight does not use facial recognition, face detection, facial analysis, or biometric identification technology. The app does not use Apple's TrueDepth camera, ARKit face tracking, or any third-party facial recognition SDK. We do not analyse facial features or create facial geometry or biometric identifiers from uploaded photos.
• Use and Sharing: Uploaded photos are used to provide the relevant app features, such as displaying profile pictures and tracking personal weight loss progress. Photos are not accessible to other users or staff members and are not sold or shared with third parties, except where a user explicitly chooses to share their own photos through the device's sharing functionality.
• Storage and Retention: Uploaded photos are stored securely on our servers and retained while the user's account remains active.
• Deletion: Users can delete their account through the in-app account deletion option. Account deletion removes the associated account data, including uploaded photos, subject to any retention required by applicable law. 4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data.
